Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We appreciate if you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to children's needs.
You have the ability to quickly adapt to new contexts, show curiosity, and dare to ask questions to get to know a new environment. You find it easy to take instructions and read what needs to be done in different situations.
You have the ability to create good relationships and are active and participate in children's play.
Qualifications:
We prefer that you have training or ongoing training as a childcare worker
It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience working in preschool
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required
You have knowledge of what the preschool's mission entails
About the Preschools
Preschool Vågen is located in central Upplands Väsby, a stone's throw from good transportation options. The preschool is relatively newly started with bright, new facilities and a nice outdoor yard. The preschool has five children's groups and a total of 75 children.
Preschool Smedby Hage is located in a residential area with proximity to forest and nature. The preschool has four children's groups and 87 children.

Employment form: Hourly employment
Scope: You will be contacted to work as needed
Working hours: Within the range 6:45–17:15
Start date: As soon as possible
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Before a possible employment, you must be able to provide an excerpt from the criminal record register. You also need to be able to demonstrate that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
