What We're Looking For: Lundstams Återvinning has been entrusted to provide property-based household waste collection in Mora, Orsa, and Älvdalen municipalities starting November 2026. We are therefore seeking positive, communicative, and organized environmental workers/drivers based in Mora, Orsa, or Älvdalen. The primary responsibility is to operate rear-loading four-compartment or two-compartment compactor vehicles for property-based household waste collection. Previous experience in environmental services is a merit. We value service-oriented, systematic, and meticulous individuals. You excel at logistics and planning and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. We offer an initial probationary period followed by a permanent full-time position, 40 hours/week, 2-shift schedule. Job Description: As a collection driver, you will play an important role as the company's face to our customers. You will be responsible for professional customer service, independently plan your work, solve problems, and report deviations. Your main duties will consist of independently collecting and emptying household waste containers in Mora, Orsa, and Älvdalen municipalities. Our vehicles represent the company's image and are an important part of the work environment. Therefore, daily vehicle maintenance and arranging service and repairs are also part of your responsibilities. We're looking for someone who is positive and has strong social skills. You are unpretentious and collaborate easily with your colleagues at Lundstams and can represent the company to customers in various contexts. You also need basic IT skills. You should be solution-focused, responsible, and self-driven. You should also have good physical fitness and enjoy working outdoors. Industry experience is a merit, but not a requirement. A CE driving license is also a merit. The position may also include other tasks such as operating other collection assignments in Mora, Orsa, and Älvdalen.
