You will be part of following children on their amazing journey, from their first wobbly steps on skis to confidently riding the lift and racing down the slopes with pride and joy. Together with engaged colleagues and in collaboration with the Swedish Ski Association and Generation Pep, we develop an education that uniquely combines play, movement, health, and learning. Through daily physical activity, outdoor time, and healthy eating habits, we create conditions for children to develop a positive relationship with movement and a sustainable lifestyle from an early age. Description of the Preschool Teacher Role We seek an engaged and driven preschool teacher who wants to help develop our operations together with competent colleagues. You are confident in your profession, recognize possibilities in every child's learning, and have a genuine interest in creating high-quality education. We are looking for someone who: • holds a preschool teacher credential • has experience working in preschool and feels confident in your professional role • is a clear educational leader with strong collaboration skills • values teamwork and contributes to a positive work environment • finds it easy to build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues • has good digital competence and sees digital tools as a natural part of education It's an extra plus if you can ski, cross-country or downhill, but it is not a requirement. As a preschool teacher, you and your fellow preschool teachers and principal have special responsibility for educational quality and for ensuring that teaching is conducted in accordance with the curriculum. Together with your team, you plan, implement, follow up, and develop teaching based on children's interests, needs, and abilities. Vacation Service or Holiday Service—You Choose We offer the opportunity to choose between vacation service and holiday service. Vacation service means you work longer hours during the school year in exchange for time off during holidays and breaks. Work time consists of 40 hours of regular work time plus three hours of trust-based work time per week. What Do We Offer You? Full-time, 100% Start Date: By agreement We use individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Great weight will be given to personal suitability. Employment requires a preschool teacher credential and an extract from the criminal record register. Before a potential employment, you must be able to provide an extract from the criminal record register. You must also be able to demonstrate that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing EU/EES citizenship or a valid work permit.
