Job Responsibilities We are seeking several licensed healthcare assistants who with warmth and dedication want to work with children and youth with multiple disabilities under the LSS (Swedish Disability Act). At Broströmsgården, we have, among other things, a swimming pool, sensory room, and a large courtyard in a calm environment near Delsjön. Communication is a central part of the work, and we use clear pedagogical methods and visual supports to create comprehension, structure, and security in everyday life. By encouraging participation and self-determination, we together with those living with us create a meaningful daily life. This happens through individually tailored goals and measures that are documented in an implementation plan. An important part of your work is to be a contact person. In this role, you are responsible for providing close support, coordinating measures, and together with the individual establishing and following up on the implementation plan. It is important that you feel confident in taking multiple medical delegations from a nurse. You will work a varied schedule with day shifts, evening shifts, and work every other weekend. Job responsibilities in the role include: Personal care and support in daily life. Assistance at doctor's visits when needed. Support during meal situations. Collaboration with family members. Documentation of measures and follow-up of care work. Implementation of delegated health and medical care services on assignment from a nurse, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist. Qualifications We are looking for you who have completed healthcare assistant training through a health and care program or a health and care program for adults. In addition to education, we would like you to have: Experience working in health and care. Interest in obtaining delegation for advanced medical devices. Beyond this, we also consider it an asset if you have previously worked in a short-term care unit, inpatient care, or in a hospital.
