Your day-to-day responsibilities
As Workshop Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the workshop. You lead, coach, and develop the team while ensuring the department reaches its goals and budgets.
You're responsible for staffing planning and scheduling, conducting development and salary reviews, actively working with workplace environment issues, and ensuring your employees have the tools, information, and conditions they need to succeed. You'll also be the driving force in developing our workshop's products and services. Beyond this, you'll also work operatively with installations and customers.
You'll be based at our Västerslätt location and need a Class B driver's license to visit customers.
We're currently looking for someone with leadership experience and several years of experience as a vehicle technician or mechanic.
