Jula's Own Brand department works strategically and operationally on developing Jula's own brands with the goal of creating a positive overall experience for our customers. We are now seeking a Technical Writer for a temporary position until January 20, 2027, who will be an important team player in our development of Jula's technical information. What You'll Do as a Technical Writer As a Technical Writer, you will contribute to ensuring our customers have a positive and safe experience with Jula's own products. You do this by creating technical documentation that clearly and comprehensibly describes how the product should be installed, assembled, used, and maintained. In your role, you develop an understanding of the product and relevant regulatory requirements, analyze what technical information customers need in the specific product area, write clear and accurate texts, manage and refine illustrations, and coordinate translations to ensure a complete user manual is available on Jula's website and in customer packaging. What's in Your CV? You have some form of technical background or relevant education related to product development, product information, and/or technology. Experience working as a technical writer, technical author, or similar is a plus. You have a strong interest in technology and in translating technical information so it becomes relevant and easy to understand. You have strong skills in Adobe applications: InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Additionally, you have excellent language skills and write fluently in Swedish and English. Documented experience with Simplified Technical English (STE) is a plus. Who Are You?
