Your Day-to-Day With Us
As an IT consultant, you'll work closely with the company's customers on our entire range of offerings in both small and large projects—from customer service and implementation to maintenance and development. As an IT consultant, you're often the person the customer trusts most, so it's important that you honor that trust and always keep the customer's best interests in mind. Your relationship with the customer will be crucial to their experience and whether we have a satisfied customer.
You'll work from our new, beautiful office in Västerslätt and need a valid driver's license (Class B) to visit customers.
What We Expect From You
- We're looking for someone with several years of IT experience.
- We're looking for someone with broad expertise in networking (TCP/IP, routing/switching, VLAN/DHCP/DNS/NAT, Layer-2/Layer-3).
- It's a plus if you have certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+.
- It's also a plus if you have interest and skills in M365 and/or servers.
You need to be well-organized, communicative, and experienced at logging your time and documenting your work. It's important that you bring positive energy, are excellent at sharing knowledge with others, and have strong collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently. We're looking for someone who is driven and customer-focused, wants to help develop our IT offerings, and truly contributes to the star team you'll be part of.
