Your Day-to-Day Role
As an IT consultant, you'll work closely with our company's customers on our entire offering in both small and large projects – everything from customer support and implementation to maintenance and development. As an IT consultant, you're often the person the customer trusts most, so it's important that you don't let them down and always keep the customer's best interests in mind. Your relationship with the customer will be absolutely crucial to their experience and whether we have a satisfied customer.
You'll be based in our new, beautiful offices at Västerslätt and will need a B-category driving license to visit customers.
What We Expect From You
- We're looking for someone with several years of IT experience.
- We're looking for someone with broad expertise in Microsoft 365 (email management, SharePoint, Teams, and permission structures).
- It's a plus if you're interested in security, Azure, and Intune.
- It's a plus if you have server and/or network expertise (implementation, operations, and troubleshooting).
You need to be well-organized, communicative, and experienced at tracking your time and documenting your work. It's important that you bring positive energy, are great at sharing knowledge with others, and have strong collaboration and independent work skills. We're looking for someone who's driven and customer-focused, wants to help develop our IT offering, and truly contributes to the star team you'll be joining.
