Your Daily Work With Us As an IT consultant, you'll work closely with our company's customers on our entire offering in both small and large projects – everything from customer support and implementation to maintenance and development. As an IT consultant, you're often the person the customer trusts most, so it's crucial that you honor that trust and always keep the customer's best interests in mind. Your relationship with the customer will be key to their experience and our success. You'll work from our new, beautiful offices in Västerslätt and need a valid driver's license to visit customers. What We Expect From You - We're looking for someone with several years of IT experience. - We're looking for someone with broad expertise in Microsoft 365 (email management, SharePoint, Teams, and permissions structure). - It's a plus if you have an interest in security, Azure, and Intune. - It's a plus if you have server and/or networking expertise (implementation, operations, and troubleshooting). You need good organizational skills, be communicative, and have experience tracking time and documenting your work. It's important that you bring positive energy, are good at sharing knowledge with others, and have strong collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently. We're looking for someone who is driven and customer-focused, wants to help develop our IT offering, and truly contributes to the star team you'll be joining.
