In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the terminal and work to ensure efficient operations with high quality, a good work environment, and strong customer focus. You will lead and develop the organization while actively working to improve processes and create a well-functioning workflow.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and employees
- Manage the daily operations and activities of the terminal
- Ensure efficient work processes and high quality in daily operations
- Drive improvement and development initiatives
- Manage work environment, safety, and compliance with procedures
- Build and develop strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Monitor operational results and work toward established goals

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a leadership role within transport, logistics, or terminal operations. You are a confident and engaged leader who motivates and develops your employees while having the ability to create structure and drive operations forward.
You work in a business-oriented and solution-focused manner, have an analytical approach, and enjoy monitoring results and working toward established goals. As a person, you are communicative, responsible, and have a talent for building trusting relationships both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a leadership role within transport, logistics, or terminal operations
- Experience with personnel, budget, and results responsibility
- Strong understanding of terminal processes, less-than-truckload flows, and distribution operations
- Experience driving change and improvement initiatives
- Strong experience working with key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational monitoring
- Knowledge of work environment practices and relevant regulatory requirements
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
