Responsibilities · Conduct continuous customer visits where you build and nurture strong relationships, and identify and develop new customers. · Sell in campaigns & new products. · Ensure correct product distribution, visibility, and activation on-site – including cooler placement, events, campaigns, and sampling. · Perform needs analysis and present customized solutions based on the customer's business, target audience, and local market. · Plan and execute local marketing activities in close collaboration with colleagues in marketing, events, and other sales. · Follow up on results and identify new opportunities in your territory. Qualifications · Have experience in sales, selling to gyms or other sports facilities · Have experience working in the gym industry · Have an understanding of gyms and are comfortable working in those environments · Thrive in a fast-paced environment, are relationship-focused and positive in customer interactions · Are organized, structured, and can handle multiple tasks independently · Have a B-class driver's license and live in or near Stockholm You don't need to be an elite athlete – but you enjoy being active and understand what Celsius stands for.
