You will be offered thorough training and your responsibilities will mainly be to manage and monitor operations, processes, and product quality. Problem-solving and optimization of operational parameters are a natural part of the work. You often work toward a deadline, which requires efficiency and structure. There may also be simple forklift driving involved. Work Schedule: Two-shift Start: Immediate Salary: Market-competitive salary according to collective agreement, to be discussed during interview Your Profile We're looking for someone who is flexible and interested in technology. You are a self-driven and positive person with great commitment who likes to take initiative. If you have previous experience as a machine operator or process operator, we see that as a merit but not a requirement, as we place great value on personal qualities. If you have a forklift license, that's also a merit but not a requirement.
