Skoglunds is a well-established company in the Siljan region with long experience in both building services and construction contracting. Our building services department in Borlänge, which handles building services and insurance damage claims in central and southern Dalarna, has grown step by step and today stands on a solid foundation.

About the Role – Building Service Craftsperson
As a building service craftsperson with us, you work on a broad and varied range of tasks where you meet both private individuals and business customers. You perform most types of building service work – from insurance damage claims and regular maintenance to ROT projects, extensions and renovations, as well as assignments in more complex environments, including industrial settings. Our projects range from smaller service jobs to assignments worth several million.
The role is independent and responsible. You manage your own building service projects day-to-day, with support from the department manager, project managers, and experienced colleagues when needed. At the same time, you're an important part of a cohesive team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of the work.
As a building service craftsperson, you're also a local representative for Skoglunds. This means you have natural customer contact and contribute to long-term relationships through professional conduct, good communication, and high quality in the work you deliver.
About You
We're looking for someone with relevant education and professional experience who is engaged and professional, while also nurturing your relationships with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors.
A professional certificate and B driver's license are required. Knowledge of the Meps 2 system, Next, and previous experience with water damage as well as a good network in your area are advantageous.

Work Experience
Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role.

Permanent employment with an initial probationary period.
