I'm a man in my 40s living in central Östersund, and I'm now looking for more personal assistants to help me with my daily life. I have a dedicated care team today that I'm very satisfied with, but since it needs to be expanded with more double coverage, I'm now seeking even more stars to join us. I will have dual assistance around the clock, which includes awake nights as well as on-call night shifts. You must be able to work all hours of the day, weekdays as well as weekends. I use a wheelchair and have a tracheostomy, which means I need support with both care-related tasks and everyday activities. You will be working in my home, where your efforts make a decisive difference in enabling my day-to-day life to run smoothly and be as active and meaningful as possible. About the Role Your work tasks will include: Personal care: Assistance with hygiene, dressing and undressing, and other daily needs. Traceostomy care: Support with cleaning and maintenance to ensure my breathing functions optimally. Prior experience is a plus but not required – all necessary training will be provided on-site. Rehabilitative training: Assist with exercises that help maintain and improve my health. Tube feeding: Experience with this is also a plus, but not a requirement. Active daily life: Help with chores and participation in activities that contribute to a fulfilling life. Who Are You? I'm looking for someone who is: Attentive and reliable: You are thorough and can adapt to my needs. Committed and goal-oriented: You have a positive attitude and help me reach my goals and develop. Physically strong: Some lifting and transfers are part of the work, and of course assistive devices are available. Gender doesn't matter to me – I'd really like to have as diverse a group as possible with both women and men of different ages. Prior experience as a personal assistant or in healthcare is a plus, but it's not decisive. The most important thing is that you have a good view of people and that we get along personally.
