Then the role as a recruitment consultant at Jobway could be the perfect next step for you. As we continue to grow, we're now looking for an additional recruitment consultant. With us, you work close to the business and operationally, handling the entire recruitment process – from the first client conversation to placing the candidate. No two days are the same, and you become part of a dedicated team that together delivers high quality to our clients. You'll be based at our Stockholm office. As a recruitment consultant at Jobway, you take responsibility for your own assignments and drive the processes from start to finish. The role is varied, fast-paced, and requires both structure and relationship-building skills. The role involves: Taking responsibility for your own recruitment processes and client assignments Conducting requirement profile meetings with clients Compiling requirement profiles, writing job ads, and continuously working on improvements Actively conducting search and headhunting in both existing and new networks Conducting phone interviews, candidate selection, and presenting candidates Maintaining ongoing dialogue, advisory support, and follow-up with both clients and candidates throughout the process ⭐ We offer you: For the right person, this role provides a central position in a growing company with great opportunities to influence both working methods and development.
