With us, you work close to the business and operationally, managing the entire recruitment process – from the first customer dialogue to placing a candidate. No two days are the same, and you become part of a tight-knit team that together delivers high quality to our customers. You will be based at our office in Stockholm. As a recruitment consultant at Jobway, you are responsible for your own assignments and drive processes from start to finish. The role is varied, fast-paced, and requires both structure and interpersonal skills. The role involves: Managing your own recruitment processes and customer assignments Conducting requirement profile meetings with customers Compiling requirement profiles, writing job ads, and working continuously on improvements Actively conducting search and headhunting in both existing and new networks Conducting phone interviews, selection, and presenting candidates Maintaining ongoing dialogue, consultation, and follow-up with both customers and candidates throughout the process ⭐ We offer you: For the right person, this role represents a central position in a growing company, with great opportunities to influence both work methods and development.
