Responsibilities
In the role of customer service representative in second line/backoffice, you work with cases that require in-depth handling. You take over when first line is not sufficient and are responsible for following cases all the way to completion. The work includes both customer contact and extensive administration, and you work in parallel across multiple systems.
You mainly handle written cases, but also some phone calls escalated from first line. An important part of the role is communicating professionally in Norwegian, both verbally and in writing.
Examples of work tasks:
Handle complex customer cases via case management system
Management of complex customer calls, few in number but varied
Answer customer questions and comments on social media and external channels
Work with deviations, product incidents, and insurance cases
Document, administer, and escalate cases when needed

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Requirements:
Very good knowledge of Norwegian, spoken and written
Very good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written, and good knowledge of English
Experience in customer service and/or case handling
Good system skills and experience with administrative work
Merits:
Experience in second line/backoffice or complex customer flows
Experience from retail or similar customer service operations
Knowledge of German and/or Finnish
Internal knowledge of Rusta
