We're now seeking a Norwegian-speaking customer service representative for an exciting assignment in Umeå, where your language skills will be a key part of creating a first-class customer experience. Here you'll work with several well-known players in various industries, including insurance and telecommunications, in a role where service, problem-solving, and business acumen go hand in hand. About the Role You'll become a central part of the customer service team with daily contact with customers via phone and email. You'll primarily work with incoming inquiries, such as customer questions, insurance matters, and administrative tasks. The work is characterized by variety. You'll manage multiple assignments in parallel and work with different types of customers, which makes the role both developmental and dynamic. You'll be part of a team with strong cohesion, where colleagues support each other and contribute to a positive work environment with high engagement and a focus on quality. Your Responsibilities • Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally • Manage and update customer records • Handle complaints, invoices, and orders • Work methodically with administrative tasks • Maintain price lists • Work proactively with upselling We Believe You: • Have excellent Swedish language skills in speaking and writing, and are fluent in Norwegian • Have a strong service focus and enjoy customer contact • Enjoy variety and can switch between different tasks and industries • Are thorough, solution-oriented, and self-driven • Have high work ethic and a flexible approach to work • Learn new systems easily • Are based in Umeå and surrounding areas with the ability to work from the office when needed Previous experience in service or sales is meritorious but not required. We Offer • Scope: Full-time, with the possibility of part-time (50–100%), Monday–Friday • Monthly salary: 24,923 kr + language supplement of 2,400 kr for Norwegian language skills • Paid introduction and comprehensive training • Ongoing coaching and support in your development • Collective agreement and favorable employment terms • Opportunity for hybrid work after introduction • A secure employment with clear terms and development opportunities • Possibility of permanent employment in the future You'll be employed by Barona and the assignment starts as soon as the recruitment process is complete. Initially, the assignment runs for 6 months with good opportunities for extension and transition to the client.
