Business-Driven Forest Inspector for Lycksele We are now seeking a forest inspector for our Lycksele office in Västra Västerbotten, continuing to strengthen our presence in the region. As a forest inspector at Norra Skog, you will have a central role as the face of our organization toward our members and forest owners. The work is independent and varied—no two days are the same. Spending time in the forest and using your expertise to help private forest owners is part of your daily routine. The work is goal-oriented, focused on delivering high-quality forestry services to forest owners with the long-term development of their properties in mind. Your main responsibilities include: - Professional forest consulting - Responsibility for timber contracting - Sales of forestry services that can help and support our members You will become part of the Western Västerbotten Timber Department with pleasant and competent colleagues who all contribute their expertise to deliver the best solutions to our members and forest owners. Although you will be part of a team, you will perform your duties independently. We will give you the trust to plan, prioritize, and execute your work in a way that suits you. You are self-motivated, business-driven, and have a genuine interest in supporting forest owners in their decision-making. Qualifications: - Higher forestry education with relevant experience for the position - Driver's License Category B - If you lack post-secondary forestry education, there is an opportunity to begin employment as an assistant forest inspector, where you can combine work with forestry studies over two years Work location: Lycksele The position is permanent, with a start date to be agreed upon.
