Nordic Surrogacy seeks Paralegal/Junior Attorney for our Stockholm office About the job Nordic Surrogacy is the leading surrogacy and fertility company in the Nordic region. We are now looking for a paralegal/junior attorney for our office in central Stockholm. Do you want to make a real difference and help families realize their dreams? Then this is the role for you! As a paralegal/junior attorney, you will work with legal matters related to our surrogacy processes and serve as important support to the company's responsible attorney/legal function, as well as to the team and prospective parents. You work with legal matters related to family formation and government processes. You handle and manage cases concerning the establishment of parentage, custody, and adoption. You maintain ongoing contact with prospective parents and government authorities, both in Sweden and internationally. You contribute to ensuring legal quality and clarity throughout the entire process. You assist the company's responsible attorney/legal function in ongoing cases as well as in developing legal work processes. We work at a fast pace, where attention to detail, organization, and flexibility are essential. You work closely with the team and help develop our work processes. Working hours are primarily office-based, with some flexibility for international contacts. Who are you? You have a law degree or other relevant legal education/experience and are at the beginning of your career. You have a strong interest in family law; experience in the field is a merit. You have the ability to explain legal matters in a pedagogical and accessible way. You are thorough, organized, responsible, and service-oriented. You are communicative and relationship-building.
