Responsibilities As a site supervisor, you'll have an important role in projects on construction sites in northern Sweden. You'll work closely with the site manager and lead daily work on-site. Projects are often linked to the green transition and are both large and complex – with high demands for coordination, responsibility, and technical understanding. Team composition varies depending on project nature. You'll work in different team constellations, which requires flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to new collaborations. You'll work according to digital modeling (BIM), which aims to improve coordination, reduce errors, and increase efficiency in construction projects by consolidating all building information. Currently, the Dalux platform and Tekla Structures are used to make information accessible to both internal and external parties. Multi-story projects and bridge projects focus on established customers in the construction sector, while hall and industrial projects are often linked to the green industrial transition, where Nordec builds the future together with leading actors. Main responsibilities: Plan and lead daily work on the assembly site Coordinate subcontractors and ensure the right resources on-site Contribute to the project meeting established targets for time, quality, and work environment Handle internal logistics and reporting in digital systems Collaborate with site manager, project management, and staff Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Experience from construction projects, preferably in steel, concrete, and prefab Experience in a role as site supervisor, project engineer, or other production-related position Good proficiency with digital tools and knowledge of how information is handled in the field Swedish and English in speech and writing; Finnish is a merit Valid B driver's license In the role of site supervisor, we're looking for someone who is solution-oriented and has a practical sense – someone who can quickly identify needs and act to find efficient solutions, both for colleagues and customers.
