We are looking for a meticulous, organized, and service-minded administrator for an assignment with one of our clients in Kista. Location: Kista, Stockholm (not remote work) Scope: 6 hours per day Assignment length: 6 months with possibility of extension Start: Immediate This role is perfect for you if you thrive with clear procedures, administrative tasks, and working methodically with high quality. You also have a positive and service-minded approach when collaborating with colleagues and other internal departments. About the Role You will primarily work with basic order administration and labeling of incoming orders. The work includes, among other things: Handle and verify order information in various systems Retrieve order numbers and ID information Create and print labels Mark and sort orders Ensure that information and labeling are correct Collaborate with customer service, distribution, and other internal departments The tasks are relatively repetitive and routine-based, which means you need to appreciate structure and be able to maintain accuracy even as work tasks repeat. We believe you are: Very meticulous and organized Service-minded with a positive attitude Responsible and reliable Comfortable with computers and basic administrative systems Efficient without compromising quality Someone who thrives with clear processes and procedures Previous experience in administration, order management, warehouse, or similar is a merit, but your attitude, accuracy, and willingness to provide good service are most important.
