Job Responsibilities In your role as a teacher with us, your primary responsibility is to teach and mentor students in individual programs. Teaching may also occur with students from national programs. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing instruction, as well as monitoring, assessing, and documenting students' knowledge development and progress. The role also includes certain administrative and practical work related to teaching and students' learning environment. You work closely with colleagues in a team together with teachers and support staff. As a team leader in the class work group, you are responsible for planning, structuring, and following up on instruction together with the rest of the team, and for adapting working methods and learning environment based on students' needs. The position may also include other areas of responsibility within the operation, which we will agree upon based on the organization's needs and your qualifications. Qualifications You have a Special Education Teacher degree with a focus on intellectual disabilities and experience working in adapted schools.
