About the Role
As a sales associate at Newhouse, you have a clear focus on sales and service. You meet customers from around the world and help them find the right clothing based on their needs, style, and occasion.
Arlanda is a unique retail environment with varying customer flows. Therefore, you need to be proactive, self-directed, and skilled at seeing what needs to be done. You contribute to making the store feel welcoming, inspiring, and well-maintained throughout the day.
We're looking for someone who:
· Enjoys sales and is motivated by achieving results
· Is confident in customer interactions and builds trust easily
· Is engaged, takes responsibility, and is comfortable taking initiative
· Has a genuine interest in fashion and personalized service
· Sees upselling as a natural part of providing great customer experience
About the Position
Location: Arlanda, Terminal 5
Scope: Extra as needed, Varying hours between 06–21, all days of the week.
Working Hours: Varying hours between 06–21, all days of the week. We're looking for someone who can work extra on both weekdays and weekends and can step in with short notice when needed.
Requirements:
· Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion
· Completed upper secondary education
· Fluent Swedish and English
· Ability to get to and from Arlanda on time for your shifts
