We're looking for a confident and engaged sales associate who wants to create a great customer experience and contribute to strong sales at our store at Stockholm Quality Outlet in Barkarby. About the Role As a sales associate at Newhouse, you have a clear focus on sales and service. You help our customers find the right pieces based on their needs, style, and occasion, and ensure every customer receives personal and professional attention. You need to be proactive, self-driven, and good at seeing what needs to be done. You contribute to making the store feel welcoming, inspiring, and well-maintained throughout your shift. We're looking for you if you: Enjoy sales and are motivated by achieving results Feel confident in customer interactions and easily build trust Are engaged, responsible, and accustomed to taking your own initiative Have a genuine interest in fashion and personal service See upselling as a natural part of a great customer experience About the Position Placement: Newhouse Stockholm Quality Outlet Scope: approx. 4.5 hours/week Working hours: The position and shifts are distributed over longer shifts every other weekend.
