About Lumena Lumena is a digiphysical neuropsychiatric care provider (digital when possible, physical when needed) focused on ADHD and autism. Our strategy is "Compliant and Remote": we follow all regulations while seeking smart solutions to reach patients regardless of where they live. We combine digital tools, a network of physical partners near the patient, and specialists (like you) who meet the patient remotely. About the Role With us, you are responsible for neuropsychiatric assessment and treatment, from consultations to test interpretation to feedback and documentation. You work closely with specialist physicians and become part of a team that supports each other using digital journal and video tools. We work with established and standardized assessment procedures developed by experienced psychiatrists and specialist psychologists. You work independently from a distance, or from our clinic on Kungsholmen in Stockholm if you prefer, and structure your work according to the scope you agree upon. This is an hourly position at Lumena, not a consulting contract. You are not working through your own company, but becoming part of our team. We Are Looking for You If You • are a licensed psychologist with completed specialist training (STP) • enjoy driving your work independently from a distance and feel comfortable with personal responsibility • are comfortable with digital, asynchronous workflows and are curious about how AI can support clinical work. For us, AI is a support tool, never a replacement for your clinical judgment. • are meticulous with documentation and written communication. It is a merit if you have a couple of years of experience as a neuropsychiatry specialist with a strong grasp of neuropsychological assessments and treatment. You should also have some experience with digital work tools, but not necessarily from the healthcare sector. What We Offer • True flexibility: work remotely from anywhere in Sweden. Scope: Hourly rate: 371 kr/hour in base salary plus statutory vacation pay of 12 percent, totaling 416 kr per hour including vacation pay. The compensation includes reimbursement for work equipment and home office expenses. Remote or Stockholm You have the option to work primarily remotely from anywhere in Sweden—but you are also welcome to work more from our clinic if you prefer. For us to meet when needed, you should be able to be in Stockholm at least once per quarter as a general guideline, sometimes with two weeks' notice.
