Rental Agreement Project Manager East Rental Objects Division, Property Leasing and Collections Management Department Position Purpose: To ensure the leasing of real property belonging to and managed by Riga City Municipality and to control the compliance of rental agreements (excluding financial control) Your Responsibilities: Conduct research and compilation of information necessary for real property leasing; Draft real property rental agreements and amendment agreements for changes to concluded rental agreement terms; Prepare information and materials for submission to the leasing commission; Calculate land lease fees and charges for actual property use; Monitor compliance of concluded real property rental agreements (excluding financial compliance monitoring); Prepare draft response letters to received submissions and provide consultation to legal entities and individuals on real property leasing matters; Inspect rental properties on-site and prepare inspection reports; Ensure management, planning, and coordination of non-standard projects related to administered rental agreements. We Expect: At least first-level higher professional education (preferably in management science or law); Desired work experience in a position related to real property management, preferably in a state or municipal institution; Knowledge of regulatory acts related to real property matters and ability to apply them in work; Good communication and interpersonal skills; State language proficiency at an advanced level; Ability to work with computers in Microsoft Office environment and other office equipment.
