Alūksnes Municipality Administration, Registration Code 90000018622 Alūksnes Municipal Parish Union Administration invites applications for the position of REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST (1.0 full-time) for a fixed-term period We are seeking a motivated colleague – a real estate specialist who wants to work daily in a dynamic and engaging environment and promote development in Alūksnes Municipality. Key job responsibilities: monitoring and supervision of compliance with the terms of real estate lease and development rights agreements and observance of lawful land use rights; preparing lease agreements, decisions, and documents regarding lawful land use rights on municipal parish territories; reviewing residents' requests, suggestions, and complaints regarding land matters on municipal parish territories and preparing draft responses; preparing internal regulatory acts and municipal council decision drafts within the scope of the position. We expect that you have: higher education; advanced proficiency in the state language; high sense of responsibility and accuracy; ability to make independent decisions, plan your work, and assess priorities; ability to navigate and apply regulatory acts, industry-relevant standards, and classifications; knowledge and/or experience working with electronic document management systems and/or real estate administration systems will be considered an advantage. We offer you: monthly salary of 1315 EUR (gross), 90% of monthly salary during the trial period; normal weekly working hours of 40 hours; stable employment in a friendly and development-oriented team; additional vacation days based on annual performance evaluation results; opportunity to enhance professional knowledge; convenient and safe work environment at "Pagastnam", Alsviķu Parish, Alūksnes Municipality.
