SIA "LK Komunālie pakalpojumi", Reg. No. 48703000457, invites you to work as a Real Estate Specialist (Pļaviņas) on an indefinite basis. Gross salary: EUR 1,162.00 per month. Requirements for candidates: First-level professional higher or professional secondary education in real estate management, residential property management, law, or office administration. Experience performing similar job duties for at least one year. Knowledge of the Residential Building Management Law, Apartment Ownership Law, and other related regulatory acts. High sense of responsibility, ability to independently plan work and make decisions. Good communication skills. Good computer skills. Proficiency in Latvian language required, with the ability to express yourself clearly and correctly both verbally and in writing, as well as the ability to prepare high-quality documents and texts. Main responsibilities: Assist the real estate manager with daily work duties and tasks related to property management. Residential property documentation: Systematization of documentation in both paper and digital formats in accordance with the Residential Building Management Law. Work in the Construction Information System: Digitalization of residential property records. Cooperation with residents of multi-apartment buildings and apartment owner associations. Coordination of residents' applications, questions, and problem situations; preparation of responses. Maintain and update internal documentation registers. The company offers: Stable compensation.
