Good computer and office equipment skills;
Category B driver's license;

Excellent communication skills;
At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
Job Description:
Management of properties under the responsibility of the Pļaviņu Union Administration;
Supervision of roads and planning and organization of maintenance work for the Pļaviņu Union Administration;
Planning, organization, and supervision of necessary repair work for buildings, apartments, non-residential premises, and public areas under the Pļaviņu Union Administration;
Preparation of necessary work execution documentation;
Development of technical specifications and preparation of procurement documentation for services necessary for the management and maintenance of the administration's properties.
