SIA "Jelgavas nekustamā īpašuma pārvalde" is inviting applications for a Real Estate Property Manager position. For the position of "Real Estate Property Manager," we are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented employee with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can adapt to and work effectively in a team environment. Number of positions: 1 Key Responsibilities: • Identify and apply the best and most effective work methods for real estate management in accordance with management agreements, the objectives of JNĪP, and available resources. • Ensure the implementation of mandatory real estate management activities in compliance with regulatory requirements. • Monitor the technical condition of buildings and promptly identify necessary maintenance and repair work. • Plan and organize maintenance, upkeep, and repair activities. • Control the financial expenditure of building funds. • Communicate with apartment owners, tenants, and other stakeholders, providing consultation on management matters. • Organize apartment owner meetings and participate in them. • Prepare management documents, reports, acts, and other documentation related to job duties. • Collaborate with municipal institutions, construction contractors, and other business partners. Requirements for Candidates: • Higher or professional secondary education (preferably in real estate management, construction, engineering, or related field). • Preferred experience in real estate management or building maintenance. • Knowledge of the Residential Building Management Law, Apartment Ownership Law, and other relevant regulatory acts in the sector. • Good computer skills (MS Office). • Category B driving license. • High sense of responsibility, ability to independently plan work and make decisions. • Advanced level knowledge of Latvian language.
