RECRUITING A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST FOR PĻAVIŅU APVIENĪBAS PĀRVALDE Profession code: 3334 11 Desired qualifications for candidates: Higher education at Level 1 in engineering sciences (construction, road construction, technical expert, with appropriate engineering qualification in the field); education in real estate management and administration will be considered an advantage; Good computer and office equipment skills; Category B driver's license; Excellent Latvian language proficiency; Excellent communication skills; At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage. Job responsibilities: Management of properties under the supervision of Pļaviņu apvienības pārvalde; Supervision of roads and planning and organization of maintenance work for Pļaviņu apvienības pārvalde; Planning, organization, and supervision of necessary repair work for buildings, apartments, non-residential spaces, and public areas under Pļaviņu apvienības pārvalde; Preparation of necessary work documentation; Development of technical specifications and preparation of procurement documentation for services needed for the management and maintenance of the administration's properties. We offer: Salary of 1453 EUR before tax; Full-time employment for an indefinite period; Professional development opportunities and training; Health insurance (after probation period).
