SIA "Bauskas slimnīca" invites a NEPHROLOGIST DOCTOR Registration No. 43603017682 Profession Classifier Code: 2212 71 We invite nephrologists to join our team who wish to advance professionally, provide quality and modern medical care to patients, and participate in the development and improvement of healthcare processes. Requirements for candidates: - Higher medical education (doctor's degree); - Registration in the Registry of Healthcare Professionals; - Nephrologist doctor certificate; - Preferred: additional examination method certificate, for example in ultrasound specialty; - Excellent collaboration and communication skills; - Ability to respond promptly and act in urgent situations; - Computer skills at the level of everyday user, including proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and "Doctor's Office"; - Understanding and experience in using digitalization solutions; - Knowledge of the state language in accordance with State Language Law requirements; - Experience in change management and digitalization tool implementation will be considered an advantage. Main job responsibilities: - Reception, examination, and treatment of acute and chronic nephrological patients; - Provision of appropriate medical assistance and determination of further treatment tactics according to patient's health status; - Diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of kidney diseases; - Evaluation of patient's health status, considering kidney disease etiology, symptoms, relationship with other organ diseases, as well as acute and chronic renal replacement therapy options; - Provision of information to patients in an understandable manner regarding diagnosis, examination and treatment plan, and explanation of necessary treatment tactics; - Electronic documentation of examination process and information about patient's health status and prescribed therapy; - Preparation of e-referrals and e-prescriptions; - Provision of suggestions for improvement of work organization and enhancement of healthcare quality.
