No. 40003457109) invites to join as ATTENDANT in the Emergency Medicine Center (profession code: 532102) We offer: • Work in 12-hour shifts (8:00-20:00 or 10:00-22:00) and 24-hour shifts (8:00-8:00); • Base hourly rate for junior nursing assistant 5.49 EUR/h Gross, for nursing assistant 6.09 EUR/h Gross; • Supplements in accordance with labor law and collective agreement (for day shift or night hours work, for work experience, etc.); • Average monthly salary for 168h (including supplements) for junior nursing assistant from 1076.00 EUR/h Gross, for nursing assistant from 1278.00 EUR/h Gross; • Additional variable compensation component (amount depends on achievement of work targets); • Health insurance after 6 months of employment; • Free psychological consultations; • Responsible, dynamic, and interesting work; • Professional development opportunities. Main job responsibilities: • Perform tasks assigned by the nurse to meet patients' basic needs; • Perform tasks assigned by the nurse related to patient admission and discharge from the Emergency Medicine Center; • Perform hygiene procedures for patients; • Follow nurse instructions that ensure the provision of prescribed diagnostic and medical procedures for patients in the department, etc.; • Provide first aid when necessary. Requirements for candidates: • Preferred: nursing assistant education; • Preferred: registration in the state registry of healthcare professionals; • Preferred: experience in nursing assistant work; • Required: state language proficiency; • Excellent communication skills; • Friendly and responsive attitude; • Sense of responsibility and accuracy.
