Your Responsibilities Skill is now seeking an NCR & Rework Coordinator for Siemens Energy in Finspång. You will be responsible for coordinating and driving nonconformance and rework activities from initiation to closure. You will ensure that the work maintains the right quality and progresses according to plan, while creating efficient coordination between different functions and stakeholders within the organization. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and drive NCR cases from initiation to closure. Coordinate and follow up on rework activities. Ensure progress, quality, and clear responsibility allocation between involved functions. Follow up on corrective actions and ensure they are implemented according to plan. Verify that implemented actions achieve the intended effect. Communicate and coordinate activities between different stakeholders and functions. Identify recurring problems and analyze trends and process performance. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and work methods. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience from quality, manufacturing, or production environments who thrives with driving issues forward in an organization with multiple contact points. Experience with quality work within industry, manufacturing, or production. Knowledge of NCR/nonconformance management and root cause analysis (RCA) methods. Strong ability to coordinate, communicate, and collaborate with different stakeholders. Ability to drive measures and achieve results across multiple functions. Experience with SAP is a merit. Structured and proactive with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple parallel priorities while driving progress. Contributes to efficient and well-functioning collaboration within the organization. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
