About the role
As an NCR & Rework Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and driving non-conformance reports (NCR) and rework activities from start to finish. You ensure quality, progress, and cross-functional collaboration by coordinating relevant stakeholders, following up on corrective actions, and verifying that implemented measures deliver the desired results.
The role also involves contributing to the organization's continuous improvement efforts by analyzing recurring problems, identifying trends, and improving process performance.
Your responsibilities
* Coordinate and drive NCR processes from identification to closure
* Ensure progress in rework activities and corrective actions
* Collaborate with different functions within the organization to resolve quality-related issues
* Conduct follow-up and verification of implemented actions
* Analyze root causes and contribute to improvement initiatives
* Monitor key metrics and identify areas for improvement
We are looking for someone who has
* 3-5 years of experience from quality, manufacturing, or production environments
* Experience with NCR management and root cause analysis (RCA)
* Strong ability to coordinate activities and drive issues to closure
* Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders
* Experience with SAP, which is considered a merit
* Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
