About the Company:
We are a privately owned company founded in 1959, originally focused on tool manufacturing. Today our focus is on contract manufacturing of components from single pieces to small or series production. We specialize in custom manufacturing according to customer specifications and process parts up to 3.5 meters in diameter, as well as perform 5-axis machining in these dimensions.
We are located on Agneshög industrial area at Vintergatan 12 in Motala and currently have 28 employees.
We have an annual turnover of approximately 57 million (2025), are a growing company with solid finances and good forward planning. We have workload secured for several years ahead and are now investing in our future with personnel additions and new machines.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our machine park consists of various machine manufacturers with control systems including OKUMA OSP, Fanuc, and Heidenhain.
Your daily work will include:
Setting up CNC lathes, carousel lathes, milling machines, or multifunctional machines and conducting continuous quality measurements.
Our operators take responsibility for ensuring manufactured components meet all specified requirements, maintain good order at their workstations, and properly care for equipment.
Your Profile:
We are looking for someone with experience on these different types of machines. Experience with ISO and dialog programming is a plus.
You need to be thorough, loyal, stress-resistant, organized, and well-structured with strong collaboration skills. You are engaged, flexible, and hardworking, driven by doing quality work you can be proud of. You are in good physical condition and thrive using both your body and mind.
Programming experience is desirable.
Requirements:
Experience with CNC lathes, carousel lathes, milling machines, or multifunctional machines
Knowledge of blueprint reading
Swedish language, spoken and written
Swedish citizen (customer requirement)
