Location: Vara Start: Immediate Assignment Length: Fixed-term employment for 6 months with possibility of extension Working Hours: Full-time, 2-shift About the NC Operator Role As an NC operator, you work with machine processing of components and parts according to drawings and instructions. You are responsible for monitoring production, performing quality controls, and ensuring that manufacturing maintains high quality and efficiency. The role suits you if you thrive in a production environment where precision, quality thinking, and collaboration are important parts of daily work. Examples of Work Tasks: Operate and monitor NC-controlled machines Perform quality controls and measurements on produced parts Read and follow drawings, instructions, and work descriptions Handle materials and components in production Perform simple machine maintenance and troubleshooting Contribute to order, safety, and continuous improvements in production Forklifting when needed Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is responsible, quality-conscious, and has a strong technical interest. You work in a structured manner, are a team player, and have a good ability to follow instructions while taking personal responsibility for your work. Requirements for the Position Completed upper secondary education Experience working in industry or production Experience with NC machines or similar manufacturing processes is highly desirable Forklift License A2 Driver's License B and access to a car Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Desirable Qualifications Training in NC, CNC, or industrial production Experience with blueprint reading Experience with quality control and measurement techniques Previous work in machine shop or manufacturing industry Background Check Information In accordance with our customers' requirements, this recruitment includes a background check in the criminal and disciplinary register as part of the employment process.
