About the Assignment You will work on ongoing projects and maintenance assignments with a focus on ensuring stable, functional, and secure network environments. The assignment's content can vary between operations, development, troubleshooting, and upgrading existing infrastructure. You will become part of a technically advanced operation where networks have high demands for security, availability, and robustness. Qualifications We are looking for you who have broad network expertise and experience within several of the following areas: LAN environments based on Cisco Cisco ISE and network access Citrix SD-WAN Firewall solutions from Fortinet/Fortigate or Check Point Data center networking and Cisco ACI Automation and scripting The role suits you if you are solution-oriented, structured, and experienced working in complex IT environments. You need to be able to collaborate with other technical specialists while independently driving troubleshooting and improvement initiatives forward. Experience from security-critical operations, the defense industry, or other environments with high security requirements is particularly relevant. You should also have a good understanding of the support systems used to manage and monitor network environments. Further, you should have good knowledge of supporting elements around network environments regarding systems for management, monitoring, scripting, and automation of switch deployment. It is a plus if you have worked with automated deployment and configuration of switches as well as tools for management, monitoring, and deployment.
