Network Technician LAN & WiFi

Your Responsibilities As a network technician, you are responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing customers' LAN and WiFi environments. You will, among other things: Ensure stable operations, monitoring, and high availability in LAN and WiFi environments. Troubleshoot incidents and conduct analyses to identify and address root causes. Plan and implement changes in network environments, such as VLANs, SSIDs, and capacity adjustments. Optimize performance, coverage, and user experience in wireless networks. Work with lifecycle management, documentation, and continuous improvements. Contribute to the design and development of network solutions for both existing and new customers. Provide technical advice and support on network, capacity, and future development matters. Collaborate with colleagues in other technical areas to create stable and well-functioning IT solutions. Your Profile We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in design, operations, troubleshooting, and consulting within LAN and WiFi environments. You have a broad understanding of network infrastructure and thrive in a role where you can combine operational work with development and technical consulting. We would like to see that you have: Good experience with LAN and WiFi infrastructure and associated network services. Experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis. Experience with change management and implementations in network environments. Ability to analyze network environments, identify risks, and suggest improvements. Experience communicating technical solutions to both technical specialists and decision-makers. Experience with capacity planning, optimization, and lifecycle management. Ability to work systematically with documentation and management. It is a plus if you also have experience with: Microsoft Intune Microsoft 365 Microsoft Azure As a person, you are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented.
