The Family Support Unit is part of the Social Services Administration's large and broad open care services. Using a systems-theoretic approach, we focus on resources and relationships to strengthen what already works in an individual's life. Our unit consists of a dedicated team of family therapists, family educators, relationship violence specialists, and network coordinators. DUTIES As a network coordinator in the Individual and Family Services (IFO), you mobilize, invite, and lead various forms of network meetings - for example, emergency network meetings, process-oriented network meetings, family group conferences, coordination meetings (SIP), and safety planning according to Signs of Safety for children and young people. You will work in a team with two experienced network coordinators, which provides you with support and opportunity to develop in the role. Assignments come from across IFO, giving you variety and a broad network of colleagues and support functions to collaborate with. In this role, you have great freedom to plan and carry out your work. The team is also responsible for presentations on network work and systemic foundations for all of IFO, together with family therapists. You are offered a developmental workplace with both breadth and opportunities for specialization. Some evening work is included in this position. QUALIFICATIONS We see that you have a degree in social work or another university degree that the employer considers equivalent. Further, you have: • Network training • Experience with network meetings involving children, young people, adults, and families • Knowledge of systems theory and solution-focused work • Experience with psychosocial change work with individuals and families • Experience in municipal social services and authority-based work We consider it meritorious if you also have: • Therapeutic training equivalent to level 1 • Experience and training in Signs of Safety and safety planning • Training in MI • Further education in family work • Good Swedish in speech and writing • Experience working with high-risk families • Further training in Signs of Safety, Whole Child, MI As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and responsive in your work and have a very strong ability to collaborate and build good relationships both in the workplace, with partners, and in work with families.
