NyKraft is a privately owned company providing personal assistance services under the LSS framework in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with offices in Falkenberg. As a customer of NyKraft, you receive individual assistance tailored to your needs in collaboration with you. Customers are involved in the recruitment and final selection of assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement. About the job: We are now recruiting staff for our customer just south of Varberg. Temporary position from 11/11 2026 - 11/1 2027 at 65% employment rate with the possibility of continued work after the contract. Work shifts are scheduled as night shifts 23-07. This is a two-person assignment, meaning you will always work with a colleague. We are looking for someone between 25-35 years old with strong social skills who thrives in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoys having a humorous relationship with your customer and colleagues. The customer prefers male applicants, but personality and compatibility are what matter most. Job responsibilities: Working as a personal assistant is varied and can change greatly from day to day. It is meaningful work where you help another person with everyday tasks that many take for granted. This can include help with getting dressed, cooking, taking a walk, or other activities essential for daily living. As a personal assistant, you need empathy and respect for the person you work with. The role demands high flexibility, responsibility, and commitment. Your ability to work based on the customer's focus and wishes is crucial for your suitability as a personal assistant. Given the significant care needs, we prefer candidates with experience in this field, but it is not required as long as you feel comfortable with such situations. Employment begins with on-the-job training combined with education for delegated tasks. It is advantageous if you have an interest in sports since it is common to watch hockey, football, MMA, and other sports together with the customer. Qualifications: • You are calm and clear in your approach and communication • Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as the role includes giving and receiving instructions from the customer • Valid driver's license (Category B) Merits: • Experience working as a personal assistant • Experience in care and social services Language requirements: Swedish (Fluent)
