Here, more than just a place to stay is created—a community is built where people can live, work, meet, and feel at home. Key Responsibilities The Nooq operates 24/7. Even during the quiet night hours, guests need assistance, late arrivals need to be welcomed, and the operation must run safely and smoothly. As a Night Receptionist, you are responsible for the reception and ongoing operations during the night. You welcome late-arriving guests, assist with service inquiries, and ensure the hotel is safe, welcoming, and ready for the morning. Welcome and check in late-arriving guests Provide professional service and assist guests during night hours Handle bookings, payments, and administrative tasks Prepare the reception for the coming day with reports and other administration Ensure the reception and common areas maintain a high standard Conduct simple security rounds and checks according to hotel procedures Document incidents and any deviations Collaborate with the day team and ensure a smooth handover between shifts Required Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Qualities Experience from a hotel, reception, or other service operation is advantageous Experience with night work is a plus Good computer skills Strong Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written B-class driver's license is advantageous We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and feels comfortable taking responsibility. You are calm, organized, and service-oriented, while also being good at prioritizing and solving problems when they arise. As a person, you are proactive, thorough, and contribute to a welcoming and safe atmosphere for both guests and colleagues. Additional Information Start: Immediately Location: Alvik, Stockholm Working Hours: Typically 22:00–07:30.
