You will work according to an estimated schedule where you typically work: 7 nights in a row 7 nights off Work Hours Work hours vary slightly depending on the day of the week: Monday–Friday: approximately 22:00–07:00 Saturday–Sunday: approximately 20:00–08:00 Responsibilities As a night receptionist, you are responsible for, among other things: Welcoming and assisting hotel guests with check-in and check-out. Providing first-class service during the night hours. Handling bookings and administrative tasks at the reception. Preparing breakfast for the morning. Ensuring that the hotel maintains a high standard and that guests feel safe and well cared for. We Are Looking for You You have a genuine interest in service and enjoy meeting people. You are responsible, thorough, and can work independently. You are solution-oriented and remain calm even when the pace increases. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Meritorious Previous experience from hotel reception. Experience from restaurants or breakfast service. Experience with booking systems, particularly HotSoft, MEWS, or Opera.
