The role includes: Managing the hotel reception during nighttime hours Welcoming and assisting guests with excellent customer service Handling check-ins and check-outs Ensuring safety and order at the hotel during the night Managing bookings, payments, and administrative tasks Preparing reports and handover to morning staff Handling any situations that arise during the night shift in a professional manner Experience with breakfast preparations is a plus We are looking for you if: You have experience with hotel reception or night work in the hospitality industry You are reliable, responsible, and solution-oriented You can work independently and make decisions on your own You have a professional approach to guests and colleagues You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written You have good computer skills (hotel management systems are a plus) We are looking for someone who understands that night reception is about more than just staffing the desk – you are the hotel's security during the night and an important part of the guest experience.
