About the Position This is a perfect job for you if you have a well-developed sense of first-class service, are a natural team player, and enjoy order and organization! Work at the reception is varied with a strong focus on guest contact. In addition to traditional reception work such as check-in and check-out, you will work with upselling, cash handling, invoicing, room bookings, respond to emails and phone calls, assist our guests with various services, and ensure that the lobby and reception maintain high standards and always feel welcoming. The reception plays an important role as the hub to ensure smooth flow between departments and create a high-class guest experience. At our hotel, we are extremely committed to helping each other. This means a unpretentious environment where we focus on the guest, solutions, and collaboration. Your primary task is to work with the team to create the best experience for guests. Who Are You? We are looking for you if you want to work in our industry because you are passionate about giving every guest the best experience. We see that you have an tireless ability to meet each guest with equal professionalism and warmth and maintain focus and joy even at a fast pace. You should have experience from previous front-office work. A great plus is if you have knowledge of the Infor HMS booking system. However, we believe that you can learn anything if you have the right attitude and personality. Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required. Additional languages are a merit. To be successful in the role of receptionist with us, you need to be curious, courageous, and committed in your work.
