The hotel is located on Södra Stadsberget in Sundsvall, approximately 3 km from Sundsvall city center with magnificent views over Sundsvall, sea, mountains and valleys. We are looking for someone who finds it important and above all enjoyable to put the guest at the center. We value a positive, independent, responsible person who can handle stress when things occasionally become very hectic. As a person, we see that you as an applicant love providing good service. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Experience from the industry is desirable but not a requirement; training takes place in the workplace. Main duties: At the reception you are responsible for check-in and check-out, telephone exchange, cash handling, invoicing, bookings, arrangement of conference rooms and other service-related tasks etc. Working hours: 22-07, working 7 nights and having 7 nights off. Knowledge of the Techotel Picasso booking system is desirable. We require that you can express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. We would like to see that you have access to a car as public transport is not available during working hours. Immediate start!
