Night Concierge at Dömle Herrgård – Would you like to be the one who makes our guests feel at home, even at night? Dömle Herrgård is one of Värmland's most beautiful destinations with a hotel, restaurant, spa, golf, conferences, and events year-round. We are now seeking two night concierges who want to become an important part of our team. Working as a night concierge with us is a varied and independent role where you are responsible for ensuring that both our guests and the manor have the best possible start to the next day. Your Responsibilities As a night concierge, you work independently with significant personal responsibility. Your duties include: Looking after our guests during the evening and night. Serving food and beverages and working in the bar during evening hours. Handling check-in and check-out when needed. Preparing the breakfast buffet for the morning. Preparing conference facilities for the next day's meetings and events. Ensuring that the restaurant, lobby, and common areas maintain a high standard. Performing basic cleaning and service tasks. Handling alarms, security rounds, and being responsible for the hotel during the night. Resolving situations that may arise with a professional and service-oriented approach. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and feels confident making their own decisions. You are: Responsible and reliable. Service-oriented and enjoy meeting people. Proactive and see what needs to be done. Organized and find it easy to plan your work. Flexible and unpretentious – you help wherever needed. Calm and solution-focused even when the pace varies. Previous experience from hotels, restaurants, or service is a merit. What matters most to us is your attitude and your desire to give our guests a top-class experience. Qualifications A valid driver's license (Category B) is required. Own car is required as working hours mean that public transportation is not always an option.
