You're a genuine people person and always make sure your guests feel comfortable and well – service is your passion! We'd like to see that you're an organized and innovative person who enjoys development. You take responsibility for your tasks and want to see results in your work. Your work will include the following: Guest check-ins and check-outs Booking inquiries Cleaning of premises Answering guest questions via reception, phone, and email Requirements: Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Merits: Previous work at Strawberry Previous experience as a receptionist or in the restaurant industry Experience with Mews Working hours are between 23:00-07:00, plus every other weekend.
