About Litslena Litslena is a newly built group home with six places for people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism or autism-like conditions. Other additional diagnoses may also occur. We work consistently with clarifying pedagogy and low-affective interaction. We have a salutogenic approach where we start from the resources and abilities that the individual has and adapt support, care and nursing based on each resident's needs. We work structurally with individually adapted schedules to create predictability and motivation, including schedules and time planning to make each resident's daily life function well. We work with alternative and augmentative communication. About the Role As a night support worker, you work based on the residents' individual needs and wishes and contribute to creating safety, continuity and good care during the night hours. The work is conducted from a pedagogical approach where you support the residents in their nighttime routines and ensure a calm and secure environment. During the night you are responsible for supervision, care interventions, medication management according to delegation, and providing support as needed. You also handle documentation and work according to implementation plans to ensure that residents receive the right support and care. The role also includes certain practical work tasks and preparing the operations for the coming day. As a night worker, you have an important function in noticing changes in the residents' well-being and needs, as well as contributing to high quality and safety in the operations. Working hours are scheduled for awake night shifts. You have a group leader or group manager nearby who shares part of their time working in the operations. Your Experience and Knowledge You have upper secondary education in healthcare and social care or equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills and experience with documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with this target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
